Refund policy
At Safely Styled, your little one’s safety is our top priority. To ensure all of our hair accessories remain clean and hygienic, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This way, you can always be confident that every product you receive is brand new and unused. Thank you for understanding and supporting our commitment to keeping your child safe and stylish!
Defective Product: If for any reason the product you have ordered from this website arrives damaged or defective, we will be glad to replace the product if it is in stock or issue a store credit for the amount of the original purchase. If the product arrives damaged, you have 5 business days to file a claim. If the product is defective, you have 90 days to file a claim.
To file a claim, email us at customercare@safelystyled.com with the following information:
- Name (First & Last)
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Description of claim
- Photo(s) of the damage or defect
- Proof of Purchase
Exclusions:
- Products damaged by user error
- Products damaged by pets
- Discolored/stained products
- Orders without a proof of purchase
Please note: Safely Styled reserves the right to reject compensation at any time. Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Abuse of services (e.g., multiple claims filed) will result in removal of purchasing privileges with Safely Styled LLC.
